G. Rajyalakshmi founded Sri Siva College of Nursing with a clear belief: nursing education should give every student more than a qualification—it should give them confidence, practical readiness and a genuine sense of purpose.
Through her work across several colleges, she saw both the promise of nursing education and the situations where students needed stronger guidance, better learning experiences and more meaningful support. Sri Siva College of Nursing grew from that insight.
Her vision is to create a learning environment where students are seen, mentored and prepared to enter healthcare with skill, dignity and compassion.
